Head- Sales & marketing, Richcore, Bangalore :
The Head – Sales Operations is responsible for leading and managing Sales Operations function, while supporting all Business Units worldwide.
This is a highly visible and complex role, since the candidate will be required to support and work with executives and users across the entire organization. The successful candidate must be a passionate and proactive visionary in driving the value of the usage of Richcore products. In addition, the candidate must be a strong leader, extremely well organized, detail-oriented and quality-minded and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Leading the sales team and distributors for domestic and international sales
- Works closely with the sales support functions to ensure they are aligned with the sales force goals and objectives
- Measures sales force productivity and ensures effective implementation of established strategies and tactics.
- Driving the adoption of internal ERP and CRM systems by the sales team
- Staff responsibilities include tracking sales results versus individual objectives, maintaining and reporting annual and monthly revenue and collections tracking, and reporting, ad hoc reporting, and order processing
Requirements for

Preferred Qualifications
- BE/BTech/MTech and Preferably MBA from a reputed institute.
- 7-12 years experience in working in Industrial Chemicals/Biochemcals space and managing teams
- Preferably has led the start up and deployment of a major Sales Operations initiative within a biotech/Industrial Chemicals/Biochemicals company.
- Experience in International markets is preferable
- Effective presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
